Lesson Cancellation Policy

We make every attempt to fill cancelled lessons with student requests that may be on a waiting list.  Lessons missed without giving at least 48 hours notice will be billed at the standard lesson rate to the cancelling student.  Lessons cancelled with more than 48 hours notice will be cancelled with no penalty in hopes that a suitable replacement can be found to fill that lesson time.
